- General terms and conditions (required to agree otherwise not complete registration, and read them if necessary)
- IP address (is only saved if you use the guestbook)
When you register on our website, we ask you to provide personal details. The data is stored on secure server of Inovamedia (https://www.inovamedia.nl/). We will not combine this information with any other personal information in our possession.
The website is made with Joomla and will be updated as soon as there are new updates. This also applies to the extensions and plug-ins used.
El Camino Meeting Meijel makes regular backups of the site and the database itself. The data is stored on a dedicated SSD hard disk. The data is stored for 1 year and then deleted. When a user wants to be removed, a new backup will be made. In the old backups the data is still present, and will be removed later.
The information is not shared with third parties. In some cases, the information can be shared internally. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but you can reset your browser to reject all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features and services on our and other websites may not function properly if cookies are disabled in your browser.

You can also view the saved data yourself when you have registered and logged in.
Then you will see in the menu bar 1 extra menu.
Request form, you fill in the e-mail address (with which you registered) and the choice to request (Export) or to delete (Delete) the data to submit the request. You will then receive an email at the address provided with further instructions on how to complete the request.
The administrator of the website always has an overview of all information requests and their status. This overview can be found in the backend of the Joomla website.
